The Festival Box Office opens to the public at Galway Tourist Office, Forster St, Galway on Monday 17th June. Our opening hours are 10am to 5.30pm Monday - Saturday.
PHONE BOOKINGS
Phone bookings can be made from 17th June on 091 566577. Same hours as above.
TOWN HALL THEATRE
For events in the Town Hall Theatre or Black Box Theatre bookings can also be made now at 091 569777 or in person at the Town Hall Theatre. Bookings are subject to administration charges.
TICKETMASTER
Tickets for Festival Big Top Shows can also be purchased through ticketmaster outlets nationwide. For phone bookings with ticketmaster call 0818 719300. Tickets booked with ticketmaster are subject to booking fees.

Write to us at Galway Arts Festival, Black Box Theatre, Dyke Road, Galway. Send a cheque made payable to ‘Galway Arts Festival' (Please include €2.50 for transaction fee). Please state clearly Event, Date and Number of Tickets you require. Subject to availability.

ADMINISTRATION CHARGES
Online, telephone and postal bookings are subject to administration charges. Bookings in person at the Festival Box Office are not subject to administration charges. Administration charges help us meet some of the costs of running our temporary box office.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
Please arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before the show time. Allow time for traffic and parking. Latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of Management. Galway Arts Festival reserves the right to alter any advertised programme if necessary. Free outdoor programme may change due to weather conditions. Please check online for regular updates.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
We ask where possible any special needs or seating requirements are made known to us at the time of booking. If you are booking for shows in the Town Hall please contact the Town Hall Theatre box office on 091 569777.
REFUNDS
Galway Arts Festival has a no refund or exchange policy on all tickets purchased.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available for most shows. Concession booking can only be made in person in our boxoffice for senior citizens, unwaged, and full-time students with appropriate ID. We cannot offer concessions on online bookings.
