"One of Britain's most important living creators of dance" Daily Telegraph

Since forming 25 years ago, Michael Clark has changed the face of British dance and is renowned for legendary collaborations with bands, fashion designers and visual artists. Critically hailed as “British dance’s true iconoclast,” Clark creates work that combines his classical fluency with a twisted contemporary sensibility.

Michael Clark Company's new production evolves from Michael Clark’s admiration for the music of rock’s holy trinity, David Bowie, Iggy Pop and Lou Reed who worked in close proximity during the 1970s.

Clark's ensemble features dancers Kate Coyne, Melissa Hetherington, Oxana Panchenko, Clair Thomas, Benjamin Warbis and Simon Williams.

“...treads the line between the rigour of classical dance and the reckless glamour of rock and fashion.”

The Independent on Sunday

“You know you've witnessed something special on stage when the minutes whizz by with the speed of a lightning bolt and you sorely want to see it again, immediately.”
The Daily Telegraph
