Welcome Friends

Galway Arts Festival is delighted to introduce ‘Friends of the Festival 2010 and is particularly pleased to welcome back actor John Mahoney as our Friends Patron.

The 2009, 165,000 people attended the Festival with a financial contribution to the local economy of €19.4 million. This was all achieved with the help of our many Friends.

The Friends Scheme gives you the chance to get closer to the heart of the Festival while contributing directly to the Festival's future.

There are many BENEFITS to becoming a Friend of the Festival.

In 2010, the economic climate has changed substantially and it is a testing time for everyone but we would ask that you continue to support us so that we can endeavor to bring Galway another world-class event.
